2. 2 years or more of experience in non-standard mechanical design work;
3. Proficient in using commonly used industrial design software;
4. Ability to independently carry out mechanical design work for non-standard automation projects, familiarity with machine tool equipment, understanding of machining processes, and machine tool loading and unloading automatic lines are preferred;
5. Capable of independently and effectively handling product or equipment failures, possessing independent communication skills and customer service awareness, strong teamwork and language skills, strong self-learning ability, meticulous and attentive work, and able to accept long business trips.
1. Under 35 years old, physically and mentally healthy, with a bachelor's degree or above in mechanical design and manufacturing, mechatronics integration, or automation;
2. Engaged in non-standard mechanical design for more than 2 years in the non-standard automation equipment industry, with a preference for tooling and fixtures;
3. Familiar with mechanical principles and design methods; Proficient in using commonly used design software;
4. Having rich knowledge of mechanical processing and a clear understanding of the machinability and cost of the designed parts;
5. Passionate about intelligent manufacturing, familiar with mechanical processing, assembly technology, and manufacturing quality requirements;
6. Capable of independently and effectively handling product or equipment failures, possessing independent communication skills and customer service awareness, strong teamwork and language skills, strong self-learning ability, meticulous and attentive work, and able to accept long business trips.
