Tianma Zhikong specializes in the research and development, production, sales, and service of unmanned intelligent mining control technology and equipment for coal mines. We are committed to improving the safety level and production efficiency of coal mining, making coal mining a safe and easy job, and creating greater value for coal enterprises.
Faced with the high standard requirements put forward by Tianma Zhikong, especially the complex assembly process requirements for the entire series of large components of its products, Jiashun Aurora has risen to the challenge. In order to meet customer needs, the Jiashun Aurora team has conducted in-depth research on the production process of Tianma Intelligent Control, combined with their rich experience and professional capabilities, and proposed a complete set of innovative solutions aimed at improving the production efficiency and assembly quality of the customer's assembly end, while reducing operating costs.
Large component assembly system
The core highlight of the assembly system in this project lies in its excellent flexible assembly capability. This system can flexibly meet the assembly requirements of 13 types of products in Tianma Zhikong's large component series, ensuring that each product can be efficiently and accurately assembled on the same production line. Jiashun Aurora has met customer needs from proposal formulation, product design and development to final acceptance and implementation.
