The UT-380 and UT-500 five-axis machining centers are series of table-moving five-axis machining centers developed by Zhikapinfei, a subsidiary of Ultra Light, leveraging its own strengths. 1. Main Structure
The machine tool features a fixed headstock and movable worktable structure, primarily composed of components such as the worktable, bed, column, headstock, guide rails, slide block, lubrication system, cooling system, rotary control panel, and electrical control system.

2. Bed
The bed and worktable materials are made of high-strength, high-quality cast iron with resin sand molding. The machine features a high-precision guideway support structure, where the positions and quantity of high-load-bearing sliders are rationally arranged on each linear guideway according to mechanical principles, ensuring the machine achieves high rigidity and long-term stable accuracy.
The transmission system employs an AC servo motor to drive the heavy-load ball screw for rotation, achieving linear reciprocating motion of the shaft.

4. Lubrication System

The constant temperature cooling system can effectively cool the spindle system and AC axis, ensuring the stability of the machine tool's main motion accuracy; the tool cooling system, which includes the cutting fluid device and cutting air blowing device, can promptly dissipate the heat generated during the machining process.

1. Install lighting in the work area to accommodate nighttime operations.
The machine tool is equipped with a three-color light to indicate three types of information: program operation, work cycle completion, and fault alarm.
