Recently, the "CNC Machine Tool Intelligent Manufacturing Technology Exchange Meeting" jointly organized by Beijing Ultra Light Technology Co., Ltd. and General Technology Group Tianjin First Machine Tool Co., Ltd. was successfully held at Tianjin First Machine Tool.         At the exchange meeting, Guo Zhili, General Manager of Ultra Light, delivered a keynote speech titled "The Development History and Technical Practice of Intelligent Manufacturing". He systematically expounded on the three major stages of intelligent manufacturing, starting from automation, networked collaboration, to intelligent upgrading. He particularly shared Ultra Light's technological achievements and practical cases in the fields of unmanned factories, flexible manufacturing units, production line-level MES systems, and digital twins.         During the interactive Q&A session after the speech, both parties engaged in lively discussions around industry pain points such as intelligent upgrading of CNC machine tools, optimization of flexible production for multiple varieties and small batches, and collaborative management of production line data. The technical backbone of Tianjin Yiji, drawing from the company's actual production scenarios, engaged in in-depth exchanges on specific issues such as intelligent tool library adaptation and process data optimization.
